Delta Developers is best known for the buildings we own and sell. But the same integrated team that builds our developments is available to clients through two dedicated service lines: Delta Engineering for design–build contracts, and Delta Sourcing for materials procurement.
Delta Developers
Our own developments — luxury residential & commercial.
We acquire land, design, finance, build, market and deliver upmarket residential and commercial buildings — almost exclusively in Kigali. Five projects delivered or under construction since 2022. Investors enter off-plan and exit with above-market rental yields.

Delta Engineering
Design–Build (D&B) for third-party clients.
We bring Delta's vertically integrated team to projects we don't own. From feasibility and architecture through structural, MEP and finishing, we deliver design–build contracts for landowners, investors, embassies, NGOs and corporate clients. One contract, one accountable partner, one timeline.

Delta Sourcing
Premium building & finishing materials at developer pricing.
Through years of building our own projects, we've built direct supplier relationships across Türkiye, Italy, Spain, the UAE and China — covering everything from structural steel and tiles to sanitaryware, doors and finishings. Delta Sourcing makes that procurement engine available to other developers, contractors and clients.
